Return Policy

At 14kt we strive to provide the best customer service, and we understand that you may sometimes wish to return your order. This return policy is designed to make the process as simple and transparent as possible. Please read the information below carefully so that you are fully aware of our return conditions and procedures.

1. General Return Policy
You have the right to return products purchased from 14kt within 30 days of receiving your order. The products must be in unused, unworn and undamaged condition, with all original labels and packaging intact. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment, unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.

2. Exceptions for Hygienic Products
Piercings and earrings are shipped by 14kt in transparent bags, allowing you to inspect and measure the product properly without breaking the hygienic seal. As long as the seal remains intact, you may return these products within the 30-day return period for a full refund.

Since piercings and earrings are hygienic products, we can no longer sell them once the seal has been opened. If you have opened a product and still wish to return it, we offer you a refund in the form of loyalty points as an alternative, which you can use for future purchases. In that case, we will ensure that the materials of the returned product are recycled responsibly.

3. Return Process
Enclosed with your order, you will find a return form on the back of the thank-you card. This form must be completed in full and returned with your return shipment. If you no longer have the form, you can easily download it via [this link]. Make sure that you complete the return form carefully and include it with the return shipment so that we can process your return efficiently.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, we ask you to not return it immediately. Instead, please contact us first at info@14kt.nl. We will then guide you through returning or replacing the product and ensure that you receive an appropriate solution. The return process may differ if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Refund
Once we have received and approved your return shipment, we will process the refund. The refund will generally be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receipt of the return shipment. Please note: the refund may take some time, depending on the payment provider.

Make sure that you choose a shipping method that allows you to track the package. 14kt is not responsible for lost return shipments that cannot be tracked.

7. Non-Receipt or Loss of Return
If you have not received your order, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days after receiving the shipping confirmation by email. We will do our best to resolve the issue. 14kt is not responsible for loss of or damage to items during the return process, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

8. Changes to the Return Policy
14kt reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time. All changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
