Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. However, it is important to note that piercings and earrings are hygienic products, which means we can only accept these items as returns if the seal on the transparent packaging is still intact. 

The jewelry must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless something was wrong with the item upon receipt or the product arrived damaged. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 to 10 business days. Read more in our return policy.
